Harcourt Flood Study - next steps
The Harcourt Flood Study identifies 213 Harcourt properties that require additional protection under Victorian Government planning and building standards.
In response to the study findings, we drafted Amendment C100malx to apply flood-related planning controls to the Mount Alexander Planning Scheme. We consulted with the community on draft Amendment C100malx in mid-June 2024, and now await advice from the Minister for Planning.
