Council annually conducts a customer satisfaction survey during the outdoor pool season. Council’s four pools are at Castlemaine, Harcourt, Maldon and Newstead and are managed and operated on behalf of Council by YMCA Victoria.

This is an independent survey that welcomes patron feedback to what is working well at our pools and seeks information on areas for improvement.

We encourage everyone who attends Council’s pools (adults and children) to complete this survey.
