We are very excited to let you know we'll soon begin works on the Newstead Memorial Playground Renewal.

In August and September last year you gave us clear direction on the upgrades you would like to see in the popular play space.

Based on your input we sought and secured funding from Variety to include accessible play items including a wheel chair carousel and a basket swing.

The new equipment will feature a natural colour palette with hues of charcol, eucalypt, wedgewood, spotted gum, white, grey, black and mist green. Materials include timber, rubber, powder coat, corrugated sheeting, wire rope, fibreglass, plastic and remoulded plastic.

Upgrades will be complete by August 2023.
