This project will look to address the ageing underpass infrastructure in the station forecourt, and investigate the feasibility of other footbridge options.

Small improvements can refresh Lions Park to create a more welcoming arrival sequence, and provide an open, green area for locals and visitors to meet and gather.

Work with Djaara to revitalise the ecology and natural landscape of Barkers Creek in and around the Hollow, creating a unique cultural activation experience.

Link culturally important Djaara sites north and south of the railway precinct with a self guided walking trail along the Barkers Creek corridor. The trail can increase understanding and active participation with Dja Dja Wurrung culture for locals and visitors.

Minor improvements for Gingell Street Park could create a creekside destination for recreational activities, small events and another key destination along the Barkers Creek Cultural Trail.
