Work underway - commercial land zoning
Making High Street a high street
One of our vision objectives is to provide an active commercial centre by making High Street a high street. We can do this by rezoning land from the township zone to commercial.
To explore current and future need for retail floorspace (up until 2041) in the town centre and inform any changes required to the Plan Harcourt Amendment we've prepared a commercial land demand assessment.
